Project on building the head office and international cooperation center of Phu Thanh Company

Phu Thanh Technology Joint Stock Company has been operating for 10 years now, but its head office "still borrows". The offices, shops and showrooms are located at 115A Phan Trong Tue St., Tam Hiep commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi. Besides, the warehouse is far away. Under such conditions, building the image with the partner and company executives encountered many difficulties.

In 02/2017, the Board of Directors approved the project of "Investing Head Office of the Company". By March 2017, the company purchased SL 0214 (Gamuda Gardens) located in the Tropical Zone of Gamuda (Malaysia) with a total value of VND 11 billion. Gamuda Gardens, km 4.4 Phap Van, Yen So, Hoang Mai, Hanoi to build headquarters.

The design of the building includes a three-storey building on a total of 256 m2 floor. On the first floor there is a living room and reception room, showroom and garage. The second floor consists of the general manager's office and functional rooms. The third floor is the layout of rooms for staff and guests. Around the house is a small cottage and beauty of the building. Total cost estimate of the project is VND 14 billion.

With the construction progress as planned, hopefully in January 2019, Phu Thanh Technology Joint Stock Company will have a new headquarters. This will be the center of international cooperation spacious. It will facilitate the activities of the Company and contribute to the brand image building.
